Descripción del puesto

The ServiceNow Developers will design and deliver ITSM and HRSD solutions that address business requirements, from initial solution design through configuration, testing and deployment. The role combines hands-on platform development with the practical work of resolving defects and performance issues, helping ensure that ServiceNow applications support the needs they were built to meet.

Working across IT service management and human resources service delivery, you will configure and customise applications using JavaScript and platform capabilities such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Flow Designer. The scope includes HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Knowledge Management and Lifecycle Events, alongside Service Catalogs, Record Producers and workflows. You will also develop reports, dashboards and performance analytics to help present relevant service information.

Integration work forms another part of the position. You will develop and maintain connections using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and MID Server, while applying knowledge of Service Portal and the wider ServiceNow platform architecture. Understanding of CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management is relevant to the surrounding platform environment. Throughout delivery, you will contribute to requirements gathering and solution design, then support testing and deployment. Troubleshooting application defects and performance issues will also be part of the work, with development standards and governance practices guiding how changes are delivered.

For the ServiceNow Developers, the focus is on translating requirements into maintainable platform solutions across ITSM and HRSD, while contributing through the stages of implementation. The position calls for five to seven years’ experience and the ability to work within an Agile delivery model. Strong JavaScript skills are important, as is practical expertise across the relevant ServiceNow modules and development tools.

The required certifications are:

– ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
– ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
– ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

An additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD) certification is noted as desirable. ITIL Foundation v4 and a relevant Certified Application Specialist certification are also preferred.

The role is permanent and hybrid, with three days a week on site. The specific location is determined by business requirements. No benefits information is provided.

This position is suited to an experienced developer who can take part in both the technical build and the delivery process, working across configuration, integrations, reporting and deployment. The work calls for a sound understanding of ServiceNow architecture and development practices, alongside the ability to investigate issues and apply platform capabilities to defined business needs.

The role is within the management consulting industry and the broader services sector.

Descripción del puesto

The ERP Technical Developer will build and support Microsoft Dynamics solutions that help meet operational and business requirements across an enterprise environment. The role exists to deliver reliable enhancements, integrations and ongoing application support, working across either Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central. The successful candidate will turn technical requirements into maintainable solutions and help keep core ERP applications stable and effective for their users.

Working across the development lifecycle, you’ll contribute to technical analysis, solution design, coding, debugging, testing and deployment. Your work may include customisations and extensions, application components such as forms, tables, classes, data entities, workflows and reports, as well as business rules and automated processes. Development will use X++ for Finance & Operations or AL for Business Central, depending on the platform and project. Experience with both is welcome, but expertise in one is sufficient.

Integrations are another important part of the role. You’ll develop and maintain connections with external applications using REST APIs, OData, Azure services and platform-specific tools, coordinating interface testing and investigating issues when they arise. You’ll also respond to development requests and incidents raised through the Service Desk, troubleshoot application problems, and work with external vendors on investigation and resolution. The aim is to deliver changes that are scalable, supportable and compatible with future upgrades, while improving system stability and the user experience.

The ERP Technical Developer will work closely with Business Analysts, functional teams, other developers, end users and IT project leadership. Responsibilities also include estimating development effort, contributing to technical documentation and solution design, and taking part in code reviews, source control, build management, testing and deployments. The technology environment centres on Microsoft Dynamics ERP, with relevant experience in Dynamics AX also applicable. The role calls for someone comfortable working in an enterprise setting and supporting business processes across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Operations.

To be considered, you’ll bring at least five years of Microsoft Dynamics ERP development experience, including hands-on expertise in one of these areas:

– Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX development and customisation using X++.
– Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV development and customisation using AL; legacy NAV/C/AL experience is also relevant.
– ERP customisations, extensions, integrations and application enhancements, alongside knowledge of debugging, testing and application lifecycle processes.
– Integration experience with REST APIs, OData, web services or platform-specific frameworks, and familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable source control and deployment tools.
– A sound understanding of the software development lifecycle and Microsoft development practices for building maintainable, scalable and upgrade-compatible solutions.

You’ll bring analytical and problem-solving ability, with clear communication and documentation skills to support collaboration across technical and functional teams. Experience with implementations, upgrades, cloud migrations or enterprise application support will be useful. Further relevant exposure could include both Dynamics platforms, Power Platform, Azure integrations, Microsoft Entra ID, the Finance & Operations Data Management Framework, SSRS, Business Central APIs, Power BI or Jet Reports. These are additional strengths rather than requirements.

The package includes medical, dental and vision cover, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, an employee assistance programme, paid holiday and floating days. It also includes a retirement savings plan with employer matching, tuition reimbursement, employee perks and discounts, engagement events, awards and service recognition, plus a travel-to-work or ticket-loan scheme.

The role sits within a manufacturing business operating in the glass, ceramics and concrete sector.

The Senior GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce) will keep the systems supporting the go-to-market function reliable while shaping improvements across the full lead-to-cash process. This hands-on role exists to support a broad group of business users and turn their requirements into practical, scalable changes, helping teams work effectively across sales, operations, deal desk, renewals, marketing, customer success, finance and IT.

You will take responsibility for Salesforce administration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ and Experience Cloud. Day to day, this means managing users and permissions, maintaining objects, fields and layouts, and configuring validation rules, Flows, reports and dashboards. You will also own the GTM systems support queue, handling onboarding requests, triaging issues, troubleshooting and seeing queries through to resolution.

A central part of the role is understanding how work moves through the business, from lead and territory assignment through opportunities, forecasting, quoting, orders and bookings, to renewals. The contract is offered on a hybrid basis. The role will suit someone with substantial enterprise business systems experience and a strong record of hands-on Salesforce administration in a B2B setting. Relevant experience and capabilities include:

– At least eight years in enterprise business systems, including four or more years administering Salesforce, and Salesforce Administrator certification.

– A solid understanding of the B2B lead-to-renewal process, plus working knowledge of APIs and integrations sufficient to define requirements and troubleshoot.
– Experience building or deploying at least one AI agent, automation or tool in a go-to-market setting.

A background in a SaaS or technology business is required; channel-partner sales experience would be useful. Additional relevant experience could include NetSuite reporting and reconciliation, middleware or API integrations, Python, SQL or cloud data warehouses, and Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
