The Role

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers.

You will work directly with clients, consultants, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring best practices are followed across the Salesforce platform.

This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape long-term customer roadmaps and contribute to ongoing platform evolution through a Managed Services model.

Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and provide architectural guidance.
Support clients in continuously improving and optimising their Salesforce environments.
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive platform improvements.
Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.
Champion Salesforce best practices, governance, security, and performance optimisation.
Contribute to technical roadmaps and innovation initiatives, including AI and emerging Salesforce capabilities.

Requirements
6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and platform best practices.
Experience working across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD processes, and version control tools such as Git.
Experience working in consultancy, Managed Services, or customer-facing environments is highly desirable.
Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
Fluent Dutch and English communication skills are essential.
