Salesforce Consultant

A private equity firm is building out AI capabilities across its Salesforce environments and is seeking a technical consultant to support this initiative at the fund level.

This role will work directly with the data and AI team to design and implement scalable Salesforce and AI-driven solutions investment, operations and IR departments. The focus is on practical application, improving sales processes, reporting, and operational efficiency rather than experimentation.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions incorporating AI capabilities
- Translate investment and operational priorities into technical execution
- Support multiple portfolio companies with varying Salesforce maturity
- Identify quick wins and establish scalable patterns across environments

Profile:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce technical experience (Apex, integrations, architecture)
- Exposure to AI use cases within Salesforce (e.g. Einstein, Data Cloud, external models)
- Experience working with private equity, VC, or multi-entity environments preferred
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-accountability settings

This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to investment teams and the opportunity to shape how AI is applied across a portfolio.
