NetSuite Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to support a nonprofit organization with upcoming system improvement and integration work. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to review current processes, support NetSuite optimization, and help connect key systems including Paylocity and Salesforce. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can provide both hands-on execution and practical guidance to improve efficiency, reporting, and user adoption.

• Strong hands-on NetSuite experience across administration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, and process improvement
• Experience supporting integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms
• Paylocity experience or HR/payroll system integration experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce to NetSuite integration experience strongly preferred
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, test solutions, and support users through change
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across finance, HR, operations, and leadership teams
