• Proven experience implementing Salesforce.com solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ability to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
