ServiceNow Senior Engineer (ITAM, CMDB & Discovery)

ServiceNow Senior Engineer | ITAM, CMDB & Discovery | Sydney/Melbourne

I’m currently working with a leading enterprise organisation that is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Engineer to support a major uplift across IT Asset Management, CMDB and Discovery.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail of the ServiceNow platform, improving data quality and building scalable solutions across a complex enterprise environment.

What you’ll be working on:

ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping & ITAM
Improving asset visibility, accuracy and ownership across the enterprise
Infrastructure, cloud, database, network and application discovery
CMDB governance, IRE, reconciliation and data quality
MID Servers, Discovery schedules and Pattern-based Discovery
ServiceNow integrations with infrastructure, monitoring, cloud and security platforms
Flow Designer, workflows, business rules, scripting and integrations
CMDB Health, reporting, dashboards and remediation
Supporting broader CMDB / ITAM transformation initiatives

What they’re looking for:

Strong hands-on ServiceNow engineering/development experience
Solid experience across CMDB, Discovery and/or ITAM
Strong understanding of CMDB governance and data quality
Experience with IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB Health
Integration experience across enterprise technology environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

À avoir si possible :
CSA / CAD / CIS certifications, cloud discovery experience across Azure/AWS/GCP, and experience working on large-scale CMDB or ITAM uplift programs.
