• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and configuration
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and GlideScript
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and best practices
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and services
• Experience in agile methodologies and participating in sprints
