• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar finance leadership role
• Strong proficiency with Netsuite or similar financial management systems
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage budgets and forecast financial performance
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
