Overview
A large and complex organisation is expanding its Salesforce platform to support a wide range of business processes and customer interactions.
To support this growth, the organisation is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to act as the lead technical authority across the platform.
This role works across multiple teams contributing to a shared Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities
Architecture & Strategy

Define and drive the overall Salesforce technical vision
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
Ensure consistency across teams and initiatives

Technical Leadership

Guide architectural decisions on key projects
Review and challenge technical designs
Support resolution of complex technical issues

Governance & Standards

Establish and maintain development standards and best practices
Set up governance frameworks and design reviews
Ensure overall solution quality

Team Enablement

Support and mentor development teams
Act as a technical expert across the platform
Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Integration & Security

Define security and data access models
Design integration patterns with external systems
Ensure reliability and risk management

Platform & Delivery

Support environment and release management
Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices
Ensure platform performance and stability

Profile
Experience

Strong experience in software engineering
Several years working with Salesforce
Proven experience delivering complex technical solutions

Technical Skills

Strong Salesforce platform knowledge
Experience with backend logic, frontend development, and data modelling
Understanding of security and access control
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and middleware

Additional Knowledge

Scalability, performance, and architecture design
Experience in multi-team or large-scale environments
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices

Fluent in French, Dutch and English required

Offer

Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 per year + benefits
