[SG] D365 BC – Project Manager

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Regional Project Manager with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central experience to join a growing, multinational environment.

This role sits at the core of regional delivery where you’ll be leading end-to-end ERP projects across APAC, working closely with global stakeholders (including HQ in the Netherlands), and driving successful implementations and upgrades within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV ecosystem.

If you’ve had exposure to NAV → Business Central upgrades and are ready to step into a more regional, ownership-driven role; this is a strong next step.

What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-End Project Delivery
• Own the full lifecycle of BC/NAV projects — from planning to go-live and post-implementation support
• Drive timelines, scope, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution across SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live phases

Regional Stakeholder Management
• Act as the key bridge between business users, technical teams, and global HQ
• Work closely with stakeholders across APAC and Europe (Netherlands HQ)
• Provide clear, structured updates and manage expectations effectively

BC/NAV Project Execution
• Lead implementations and upgrades (ideally NAV to Business Central)
• Work within Azure DevOps environments to manage delivery and tracking
• Ensure project issues are proactively resolved (not reliant on escalation for basic delivery challenges)

Delivery Governance & Quality
• Manage vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes
• Maintain proper documentation, planning, and control across the project lifecycle
• Ensure delivery is aligned with business processes, especially within ERP environments

What We’re Looking For
• ~3+ years of Project Management experience in Dynamics NAV / Business Central
• Proven experience delivering BC/NAV implementations or upgrade projects
• Exposure to NAV → Business Central upgrade projects is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for project tracking and delivery
• Strong understanding of ERP project flows (planning, migration, testing, go-live)
• Able to manage delivery independently and solve problems proactively
• Exposure to Finance modules is a plus (not mandatory)
• Strong communication skills in English
