About the Role

As a consultant you will work closely with customers across a wide range of industries, helping design, build, and improve modern digital solutions. The consultants are trusted advisors who contribute not only with technical expertise but also with ideas that improve products, services, and user experiences.

You will work on projects where technology directly impacts society, e.g. where systems delivers real-time data and operational updates to companies across Norway.

Required experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Developer, Architect, or Tech Lead
• Strong experience with .NET / C# development
• Experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack development
• Knowledge of databases, cloud platforms, and agile development methodologies
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• B2 Norwegian level, both written and spoken.

Nice to have
• Experience using AI
• Interest or experience with Design Patterns
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerisation technologies
• Ability to see the big picture in complex systems and communicate solutions to both colleagues and clients
• Ability to obtain security clearance (for some projects)
