SAP Data Migration Lead

The Data Migration Lead manages the planning and execution of all data migration activities in SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. The role ensures that legacy data is properly extracted, cleansed, transformed, validated, and loaded into S/4HANA to support testing, cutover, and go-live. The Data Migration Lead works closely with business data owners, functional teams, and technical experts to ensure data quality, readiness, and alignment with program timelines.

* Experience leading data migration in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including experience in SAP EWM data migration in large scale, automated warehouse environment
* Strong understanding of SAP data structures, ETL processes, and migration tools
* Experience with data quality, cleansing, and reconciliation practices
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate business and IT stakeholders
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
