[SG] TechnoFunctional Consultant – CRM & Power Platform

What if you could build enterprise applications from scratch and grow into a Microsoft Dynamics specialist?

We’re hiring Application Developers to design and deliver new solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.

This is not a support role.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a build and deliver role.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop new applications from scratch using:
- Dynamics 365 CRM
- Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas) / Power Automate
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants to translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Contribute to functional and technical design documentation
- Develop plugins and workflows using C# / .NET (Visual Studio)
- Perform unit testing and ensure solution quality
- Support UAT, deployment, and go-live activities
- Be part of the full lifecycle from design through production

What We’re Looking For
Option 1: Mid-Level Developers (3–5 Years Experience)
3–5 years of application development experience

Hands-on experience with:
- Dynamics 365 CRM
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with C# / .NET development for plugins/workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, project-driven environment

Option 2: Junior Developers (Minimum 2 Years Experience)
We are also open to junior candidates who:

- Have a strong foundation in C# / .NET application development
- Have at least 2 years of working experience
- Are passionate about learning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Want to grow into a Microsoft ecosystem specialist

Option 3: Low Code Platform Developers
Candidates with experience in other low-code / no-code platforms are also encouraged to apply (e.g. OutSystems, Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
